Delivery Information

D-STŌN® offers direct delivery to customers.

For locations within a 150 km radius of Tzaneen, a flat delivery fee of R1,000.00 applies.

For locations outside this 150 km radius, delivery costs will be quoted separately based on the delivery address.

Please contact us if you require confirmation of your delivery area prior to placing your order.

As our products are custom-made, delivery takes approximately seven working days from the date of order.

INSTALLATION:

Please note that D-STŌN® does not provide an installation service. Installation must be arranged independently through your own plumber or installer.

COLOUR VARIATIONS:

As all D-STŌN® products are hand-crafted, slight colour variations may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on electronic display settings. In addition, variations in raw materials supplied by our manufacturers may result in minor differences between batches.
